    Default Good service feedback

I just wanted to say thank you to Lonnie and George for both being understanding and working with me when I sent them some frantic PMs last week checking up on the status of an order I had placed.

Long story short, I had placed an order for some CPE equipment a little later than I should have, and found myself looking at possibly running out of equipment before the new order arrived. Normally when I order, I get a shipping confirmation within 1-2 days and receive the product within a week of the order, so when I didn't get confirmation right away I got a little concerned. George and Lonnie both responded calmly to my messages and gave me valuable information on the status of my order, and George was able to get the order out to me in time to cover my mistake.

Thanks for the excellent service, guys!

You're welcome. We have all been there.

Just to add to this, since the 1214 came out, this is the staple food of my business (along with bandwidth of course), and they have always been readily available whenever I've need them with fast shipping. It has really helped things out to not be sitting waiting for radios to come in with an installer sitting around doing nothing and customers waiting for service.

We pretty much live hand to mouth these days especially with a new installer and a new T3 costs. We're just barely covering our monthly bills after paying ourselves, so we can't afford a big stock of radios. It's nice not having to. Also it saves a LOT of trouble over messing with rootennas/boards/radio cards/flash/pigtails/power supplys and all that mess.

So thanks for keeping things flowing smoothly on the supply front. We're growing faster than ever. (still could be faster - but I'm not complaining)

    Thanks,
    Roger

Roger, I see the source of your cash flow problems. You said you were paying yourself. You are supposed to be doing this is a community service and not making a wage. hehehe
