Hello,
just thought I would post some picts of our beginnings in the WISP field..
Here is the POP. It is a Hypertech 15dbi Omni and a 16DB Andrew for a PTP to my home. The box is a Hammond and at the time housed an AP500, WAP11, 250mw Amp, 5 port hub, surge strip and wireless theromometer, which has been replaced with Star-OS and this antenna won't be in place much longer as a 65' Rohn BX tower is on the way.

This is the first client we had. The antenna is a 19dbi FP and the small box is a netnimble CPE router.

This was a PTP link that was setup between a house and business 1.5miles (los after 18' in the air) for sharing a satelite link and workgroup sharing. The "ap" end is a old teletronics CPE with STAR-OS and a PAC 19dbi and the client end is a cisco 4800 with 50' LMR400 and PAC 19dbi the quality usally runs 35-40. Behind the client about 500' away is our competitor's AP/Office which turned down the job 8)

Here is a local restraunt that got tired of cable and the outages, this client uses a PAC19dbi through 75' lmr400 to a orinoco silver, I am going to change this to a wet11/orinoco in the future even though the SNR is 10-13 just in case.
