Golden Rule: Always test your equipment to make sure it is functional before deploying it, whether it be a new AP or just a new CPE

1. Make sure you have the proper Antenna port selected in Staros
2. Try changing channels at the access point
3. Ground your mast/antenna to a proper ground, install lightening arrestor with ground to prevent static build-up deafening cards
4. Adjust the access point down-tilt, the vertical beamwidth may be over/under-shooting
5. Check for water in all the connectors and make sure they are completely sealed from any moisture sources
6. Check to make sure that your distance setting in Star is correct

7) Check to make sure Country Code, Cloaking Mode and 802.11 Mode all match

8) Check to make sure your security methods are in place and that security keys match
