I had not seen any metion of the Metro fitting into a rootenna. I thought that I would share with anyone who comes and wonders if they do fit, that yes, they do!

Thanks for the picture.
I've put a lot of war 2's in rootennas. But was wondering about the 4's.
Noticing your coming out the bottom, rather than the back like I usually do, how well is the plastic standing up that is holding the n bulkheads in place?

I have tried out the back but its either pain to pigtial or you have to add other pieces to the mix to add ease. I find the rootenna's plastic is firm enough to hold them well enough. I was initally affraid that while tightening them I would break through, but to my suprise it holds up fine. I have also tried bending them around and the plastic holds up. After year or so in the sun is another story, however pac wireless has gotten better than the original plastic design they used to use. I think... :)
The WAR-4 is a little tougher because of the cards on the other side, but have done that too, just needed more standoff's to raise it up higher. Kinda like this one. These are not the Low Profile rootenna version. This one is actually the 2.4/5Ghz version.
