I was doing some reading and have known for sometime that South Korea has invested heavily in Wimax branded as WiBro. I recently found out that they are using the 2.3 and 2.4 spectrum for this. What are the chances of pulling that equipment here for staros?

2.3GHz is a licensed frequency in the U.S.

In South Korea, 2.3GHz was allocated specifically for this. The equipment wouldn't be legal to use here.
