Elan P011

What about the Elan P011 cards?

They have them at a local store, and they are using them for wireless support, so they seem to work for pc's...

They are based on a TI chip, but are missing the voltage regulator, in fact that whole corner of the board is missing, and the slot carrier is a cheap plastic carrier rather than the ejector the P111's have...

Anyone have any experience with these?

I am also interested in this version of the card if anyone has any input about the functionality of the card in comparison to the P111 that would be great.
