I have a customer that I have allowed him to share his internet connection within their community. It's one of those non-profit type deals. I charge him a butt-load of money and he gets to share.
Anyway...his network is starting to cause issues with the rest of my customers so I have had to kill his connection.
Is there a user-friendly, windows type network analysis software available that would allow a beginner to be able to indentify "bad stuff" on the network which would enable him to control his side of things a bit better?
