As far as I'm aware this is pretty much GSM space in most EU countries. Anyone know of any exceptions?

Serbia doesn't use the GSM900 standard? What frequency is used there for GSM?
I'm not aware of licence-exempt spectrum in the 900MHz band anywhere in Europe - I'm open to correction, though. I know there's a small (5MHz?) band that's been made available to one non-GSM operator in Ireland for some sort of mobile broadband offering, but on a licenced basis.
Vjencic did not mean it seriuosly, Serbia is using 900 MHz for GSM too.
Anyways, isn't it possible with these 900 MHz cards to flood gsm stations? This may be a cheap way to disrupt gsm networks...

Actually, it is two 4-MHz bands on either side of 900 MHz. Digiweb has the nation-wide license and they have already picked a solution.
There are a few areas in Europe where you can make use of 900 MHz, but not anything that you see here, at least not yet.

Care to shed any light on the countries that you can make use of 900Mhz?
