We no longer distribute the older releases. tog has graciously created an archive for people searching for the previous releases.

I currently only provide StarOS v2 releases here. Is there any call for me to provide an archive of StarV3 releases as well?

I would not want older V3 releases to be made available. The End Of Life v2 is fine since there will be no or enhancing fixing and they are as-is.

The prior V3 releases will have issues that were addressed by the newer releases and we do not want people using systems with known issues. It makes it much easier to troubleshoot if people will first of all update to the latest release.

The strrb-* files (the installer for RouterBoard 200-series hardware) isn't there. Anyone have a copy of that floating around?
