What do all you knuckle heads look like? I'll go first!
The subdivision behind me is the reason for the smile. Most of the time I look grumpy. hehe

HA! That looks like one of those "...and the next thing we new..." pics.
I don't get many pictures taken of me, but I found one...
Me probably having just arrived on ski/snowboard vacation earlier this year

10 points to anybody who recognizes the shirt I'm wearing.
Hint: It's from Scott Kurtz's PVP comic.
Hey I found another one. My rainbow six winter outfit.

Heh, yeah, but actually, we're very careful.
That telephone pole was dropping into a rather deep, rocky hole.
It took a lot of wiggling to get it to drop all the way down into the hole.
Then it was cemented in place. We could have used a boom truck to lower it in, but that pole was old and rather quite light. One person could lift the smaller end off the ground by himself. We just grabbed a bunch of hands, hauled it up there on the farm truck and tipped it in.

Cool Pics Bobby, Who's the old man beside you?
Mark,
Those "tooth picks" can me mighty heavy.
I had an electrician with his own digger set one for us.
The pole truck had a grapple that just set it right in place.
I can only immagine what you folks went through.
Oh Well My ears keep ringing so I better answer them.:)

It wasn't really that hard, guy.
The hole digging was WAY more work.
We put two of them up in a week.
We have another site to build, this one needs to stand free (no guy wires), but be able to take it down as needed. Gotta go 30-35 feet in the air, and be able to handle 75 mph winds with all our stuff on it and NO guying.
It's going to take a deep hole :(

Hehe I see a goofball getting snowed on. That will soon be me, I'm going back up north to do my ski/snowboard vacation again in a couple weeks.
Nobody has claimed their 10 points for identifying the shirt I'm wearing in my picture. I must be the only gamer around here...

Yea the snow was quite a surprise, we saw 3 seasons of Niagara Falls in a week :).. Can say it was a awesome 10 year anniversary.. loved every minuet of it.
How far/where up north do you go to play in the snow?

I have a timeshare at a place called "Christmas Mountain Village" in Wisconsin Dells, WI. I'm originally from WI. I moved here with my parents about 11 years ago, so I miss the snow and I like to go back and play in it and see my friends.

Nothing beats being far far away from your responsibilities and snowboarding with your friends for a week.
Picture this, much as I hate to admit it, KBLDawg could be a twin separated at birth (cepten he got all the brains). Look at his pic, shorten the hair (alot), remove all the trees and whatever else is green in the picture et voila, you have the essence of Greg! What is all that green stuff, moss?
I'm not sure how I missed this thread until now. Tog, I would have guessed you were twice the age. Guess the Papa Smurt image sort of sunk in?
I'll post a pic this weekend but I gotta find a good action shot!
Smurf you; That's not papa smurf, that's handy smurf. :(
Yeah, I'm only 25. One of the Nintendo generation.
In a couple weeks while on vacation hopefully I'll get some action shots while snowboarding... hopefully without breaking my sh*t.

Small World. I'm from Chicago and I learned to board around the Dells. Tyrol Basis, Devils Head and further up in the U.P. Hardest thing about living in Hawaii is not being able to snowboard. I know, its rough.
If only I had time to learn how to surf.
You can find plenty of pics of me on my personal site: eltonwilson.com (http://eltonwilson.com)

I went to Devil's Head on the last day of vacation last year. That was an ok place except the temp was like 40 and the snow was all slushy.
I usually go to Cascade Mountain after a couple days, after I've trained up the newbies a bit.

Yea, Cascade is much better then Devil's Head. When I was in High School Cascade wouldn't allow snowboards, so we had to go to Devil's Head.
