lost password! Help!

Hi guys wondering if anyone could help me? I have just started working with some star os wrap boards that are running v2 they are on an exsisting network. I want to make some changes to one of the boards but i have lost the password. Can any one give me a step by step guide to resetting a wrap by using the serial port i would be vey grateful and it would get me out of a lot of trouble thanks.

You need a null modem serial cable (reversal). Settings are 38400,n,8,1

Use hyperterminal software under accessories/communications with the settings Lonnie gave previously.
