Does v3 support the fcc requirements for 3.65Ghz?

Atheros cards do not support 3.65Ghz bands.

Charles at CW labs says he has seen 3650 mini pci cards out of asia.

I wouldn't be surprised to see them here after the fcc gets the 3650 straightened out.
Supose that means Atheros will be there too.

The SR3 and SR9 products use an internal up/down converter to map the 2.4/5.x frequency from the atheros cards, to a 3.x and 900mhz band. The FCC regulations used in the software would be for the 2.4 and/or 5.x bands respectively until Atheros comes out with a native parts for these bands.

Does this mean that you have been testing these cards?

As you can guess, I'm highly interested in the 900 card asap. I have situations that need a fix for non line of site issues.

And the 3.65 would be interesting to me once the FCC works things out.

We do not have any on hand, however we will ensure they work as expected in v3 (if they do not already).

Anybody have any samples they wish to send us? ;)
