Time of Day based traffic shaping.

I have this idea floating in my mind to adjust the traffic based on the time of day.

During the day (school hours), I could cut back and be more stringent (sp?) with the students access but for after school work when there are less users, I could open it up some more.

This might already be possible but not based on time. In reading the CBQ example, the 56K and 56Klo use a pool of bandwidth. If I apply this to my needs/desires above with the students, would this function and have the same results?

What you can do is pool customers so that during the busy period many users share the bandwidth and as the evening wears on and you get into the wee hours of the morning the number of users drops down and users see more speed
