Purchasing methods other than Paypal

I work at a college, and was wondering if you guys will accept PO's, or at least have some purchasing method other than Paypal?

The minute I offer credit, which is what a PO is, I then have to hire another body to make sure those amounts get collected. Bottom line is the price has to go up to cover the extra function.

We have tried to be "easy" a few times and to be honest I have not had all that much luck with the units I have I have extended keys in advance of payment. They are either outstanding after months and months or I settle for way less. Bottom line - the business relationship is harmed when we get stung or taken for a ride. We don't need that treatment, even if it is just a short ride.

Once the accountaint gets the Invoice they play their little games - called aging, meaning they continue aging aging until somebody hollers.

So the options are - wire funds, send a cheque (in advance, wait 2 weeks for it to clear), use credit card (send faxes of front and back image and sign decalaration authorizing the charges) or use PayPal. You decide which is the easiest or most appropriate for yourself.
