I have a question, when you putty into star box, what is inter BSS and does it need to be checked for the boxes to talk if not connected to a switch? I am fairly new to Star-os system.

interBSS Relay allows client systems to connect through the AP without the traffic going to the CPU. It treats the radio card like a switch. That means you cannot see or control the traffic. It is required if you want clients to communicate with each other.
