It has been a few months since I used Utilistar and I am not having any success. Can someone go thru a step by step procedure for a firware upgrade. I have followed the Help files with no success. I have the preferences set for my WRAP devices, I have the newest firmware in a folder and select it after clicking the Firmware button on the Utilistar program and nothing happens. What am I missing?????
Make sure you have the pw entered correctly. Can you login to the device using Utilistar?
Select the device and click on upload - watch the lower left corner of Utilistar for error messages, updates, counters, etc. It takes a while to upload the update. After it's done with that, login to the device and select System/Update Firmware.

If you can login using UtiliStar, the only other thing I can think of is you are blocking port 856 (I think) somewhere.
