Does it look like you're going to reach an agreement to provide cloaking in the x86 release of StarOS v3?
It sounds like it's a matter of compensating your backer and I don't think I would have any problem paying an extra $10 for a license to enable the cloaking feature on the x86 platform.
If I understand what's going on, it would be a good move for your backer to allow this arrangement, I believe it would be a good way to get them paid now that we've arrived at where we are. Until I see a cheap 1-miniPCI-slot version of the WAR that can come close to the price of a WRAP, I fully intend to continue using WRAPs, they are more than adequate for my clients.
I don't know all of the details, but it sounds like your backer isn't or wasn't entitled to any money from the x86 platform unless you arrange the cloaking on x86.
