Any way to reset a WAR 2 port

I just pulled another one of the WAR boards out of the box and this one doesn't want to play nice. I have tried ping scanning it across a wide range of addresses. I also don't see the default ssid's being broadcast from the radios. Is there any way to get any additional info out of these boards or reset them or do I just need to send it back to you.

Not sure what you mean by "out of the box".

The box you sent it to me in. It was sealed in the anti-static bag and does not seem to want to reply and doesn't seem to be broadcasting on the default ssid's

Remove the cards and try booting without them. They might have gotten jostled in shipping. The unit was fully tested and licensed before being packed and sent, so there has to be some easy explanation of why it does not respond.
