Upgrading fw from 1.0.4 to 1.0.6 on WAR4 make the problem - WAR repeatedly restarted (~20sec). I reset to factory setting through serial port and all looks ok - is this ordinary situation? In package with fw 1.0.6 is
new version of bootrom. How to upload this into WAR board. I look into apConfig (version 1.5) but don't found how is possible.

Once you have the main firmware upgraded then just upload the new bootrom. The new system can tell the difference and can even extract the version.
There have been a number of reports of this behaviour and what seems to set it off is that the scan for best channel is selected. This can actually cause a scan through DFS enabled bands and they reboot if they detect certain types of noise. Uncheck that feature before upgrading.

The same way you did the firmware. The system can tell the difference and to the appropriate thing.
