account pending activation after first paypal payment

I get this when i try to buy license:

"We are currently unable to process your order, as your account is pending activation after your first PayPal payment is fully verified.

Please use the navigation bar above to return to your account."

How long does it take, because this license is urgently needed? :(

I need to know the account name, please.

The process is that we send you a notification for the account charge and you have to reply to that, asking for the charge to be authorized or refunded. I am currently processing the ones from last night so maybe you are in there.
