The Desktop System of star-os is for pc's?? i need install star-os into pc, i installed the wrap edition, the lilo and kernel boot but don't show the boot process just show kernel booting . . .

just show that, but i can't ping to the box.

The WRAP version is strictly for the WRAP board from PCEngines. You want the Desktop version, either Router or Server.
i testing the desktop edition in a cardflash of 64MB and show this error:
:: Loading ::
Checking flash contents, please wait.
Failed to verify flash, the disk may be damaged. Please reboot and try again.
This edition is just for Hard disk, support flash card's.

The BIOS is not recognizing the disk the same as it was written, so it cannot verify the flash contents. Are you able to create the bootable CD and create the flash on the same machine it will boot from? That will make sure the drive is properly copies.
bootable cd of star-os?? or any distribution?, with the bootable i can copy the files to tha cardflash directly??

You will find instruction in the manual on how to create a bootable CD and then use it to create the flash.
