Would it be possible to add support to the server addition for a DSU/CSU card?

The trick would be to test it. I will ask our T1 provider to not freak out if they see a drop and then a new unit talking to them. It would make a sweet package to have the T1 and radio cards all in one 900 MHz motherboard. Throw on some cache and it would be a rocker, for sure.
What are some good cards? Anybody have something they have actually used?

Mikrotik supports this one. Specs say Linux and FreeBSD.

Sangoma has several tried and true cards. The S514 works well for T1/FT1, and the S518 works for ADSL connectivity. Both have Linux/BSD support.

I just wish the prices of the T1 cards were lower... I've been buying $300 Ciscos and $50 CSU's, but it would be great to get a smaller form factor.
