Sorry for being OT.
Question: Can I run LMR-400/or 600 coax between the concrete wall and front exterior aluminum covering panels?
The panels are about 10' height.
Will the covering panels cause interference to LMR-400/or 600?

I am not sure I understand. The coax can be used in any environment and should not pickup interference from any metal they run near or through.
Please describe what you are trying to do, maybe even post a picture. Then we can help.

Ok, really hard to describe what I'm trying to do and what the exterior aluminum covering panels looked like. Here's the picture below to give you the idea:

See the red circle of the existing "hole" (wide enough for N connector through) that leads to the attic. My plan to put PVC pipe inside of the panels and run the coax cable from the office to the "hole" via the attic - all the way up to the roof via PVC pipe for hook up with antenna.

Not at all, metal isn't going to effect the lmr400. That stuff is designed very well insulated and shielded, especially the 600. It is designed to be used on towers right alongside other cabling in the same frequencies. Unless your roof was a gigantic antenna, I wouldn't worry.

I see what you mean. The metal will not cause any interference but the sharp edges of the hole will be hard on the coax PVC. I would put a length of plastic pipe or something to take the rough edges. Any sort of metal hole will usually have some form of strain relief or grommet to prevent damage to the cable. Just look at your home wiring as the wires enter the breaker box.
