Where did the Qual bar go?

I just built two WRAP boxes with Prism in slot one and Athros in slot two.
When I bring up the "Gas guage (Signal meter window)
I am getting a 50/0 display for Quality but there is no bar...
I am only worried that it might be pointing to a larger problem.

I am having 6% (1500 B) packet loss with one box.
6 Amp 12 VDC power supply.

Not full LOS (The leaves will be gone in two weeks , I'll test more then.
The other one seems to be OK.

Which of the two cards are you getting these results with?

The Prism card.

All the other color bars show up and seem ok, it is just the top qual bar that doesn't display.
