For those who are encountering problems, especially after upgrading to a new release, please provide us a support file as it will assist us greatly in troubleshooting your problem.
To get a support file, download starutil v1.1x, and use the -support parameter. The resulting file can be emailed to Lonnie or myself (use the profile email address) with a detailed description of the problem you are encountering, and possibly a link to any related forum topics.
