I have sent payment using Paypal. It did not show up as credit in my
StarOS account. I have contacted StarOS and they have not returned emails. Would like to know if others have experienced the same??

PayPal seems to have problems since they did an update of their core system.
Just send email to networks at valemount.com. I am sure they will respond as they did with me last week when i has the same problem.

Hi People
We have a problem : A network card burn in a storm. I´m trying contact with the Valemount to release the license and to download a new one, but nobody answers. Some suggestion?
You can contact us via email: networks@valemount.com, or by phone, which is posted on the main page of www.license-keys.com.
Thanks!

When we changed the price in July we also brought in a policy of no key replacements. If your card has died you will require a new license for the replacement card.

Hi Toni
Thank´s for the reply. But I´m Brazilian and don´t speak english very well. :-)
What do you want to say ? I need to buy a new license or require a new one for a new MA ( with no extra costs ) ?

Leandro

Lelezao, I am sorry, but this situation will require you to purchase a new license. I think most people are better off with the reduced pricing.

Hi
Ok . I buy a new one.
How I do to be a OEM partner ?
We are a WISP here in Brazil, and we are developing hardware products
to run with Linux.
I sent a mail to Valemount, but no one answer me !
regards
Leandro
There may be a chance your emails are being rejected by our email system's spam filter. If in doubt, please PM (private message) lonnie (you'll need to sign up for a forums account), and we'll be able to communicate through that.
Thanks!
