Release notes for v2.00.3b2:
*) handling of larg number of IPs has been improved, and should no longer cause delays using the configuration manager.
*) updated driver for the Intel PRO/100 series of adapters. more cards should now be supported.
*) starutil v1.11 for windows has been released.

Release Caveats:
*) users that mix intel ethernet cards with other brands may experience a device ordering change.

As with all betas, please report your success using this release.
