radio aware ospf router

I think it would be cool to have radio signal strength and channel interference includd in the ospf (ala GNU Zebra) included. Instead of Open Shortest Path First, it would be Open Fastest Path with the best radio signal first.

Additionally, if the units could automatically change to the best frequency to suit conditions, well that would be great.

Then you can mount cpe's on moving things like a bus with very little setup...
