New StarOS manual

As I plan the work on the new manual, I would like to hear from people what they think should be added to what we already have.

Of course it needs to be up to date, but I'm fishing for interesting comments that might inspire a better manual for everyone.

Thank u, i already downloaded but didn't work, today i found that the problem is from my acrobat and i fixed it :)
i ll start reading it :D
