We are currently looking to upgrade our service to the 802.11a band instead of 802.11b due to the restrictions in the UK.
We can transmit up to 2W on 802.11a but perthetic amounts at 802.11b/g. We must however use 5725MHz to 5850MHz band.
Does any one know what we could use for client units?
PS the main unit will be a WRAP board with 2 x Atheros 5004 mini-pci cards and Star OS Atheros router linking backhaul to another WRAP board with one identical card in and Star OS Client.
