Problems

Why can't I get the splash pages, or login pages to work. I can enter the mac address in the server, and surf away. If I comment out the mac address in the radius setting, I don't go anywhere. I've been struggling with this for 2 nights now, without any luck.

Any suggestions?

They rely on Hotspot. Have you configured Hotspot and do you have a radius server to complete the puzzle?

radius server gives authentication okay, and hotspot is setup and running on the router. In the radius setup. I have
mac address auth-type := local, user-password=="mac address",
framed ip address = 192.168.4.100,
ms-primary-dns-server = 199.185.220.36 (telus)

Raduis server is running on the server
server ip is 192.168.2.51
router has ether1 192.168.2.50
ether2 is internet ip
wlan is 192.168.4.1/24
dhcp auto auth is on
enable hotspot on wlan is on

If I uncomment the radius entry, I surf. If I comment it out, nothing.
What am I missing?

Okay, don't change the acl to radius from allow. Don't turn on proxy server. Make sure the network cards work well. Don't make too many changes without re-installing the software one in a while. Thank to Arthur at the packet gods. He IM'ed me last night, and we got it going. This has been a real steep learning curve.
