View Full Version : Help with proxim ABG cards

Greetings -

I have two machines that actually boot with this card, but starOS 1.13.2 does not see the cards! I booted one machine into windows just to make sure it saw it, and it did.

Where should this card come up at on the interfaces? I would assume wireless adapters...

HELP!!

These cards are supported. If you are running v1.13.2 trial mode, the cards will not be detected until you enter an Atheros-enabled key. The later v1.13.3 BETA releases allow the detection and use of the Atheros cards while in trial mode.

v1.13.3 releases are also needed to support the Proxim WORLD cards.

how do I get an atheros key? I think this might be the problem....

I saw it in license-keys, but how do I upgrade it?

If you need to upgrade a previously purchased Router key, contact Lonnie (networks@valemount.com) with your Router key and license-keys.com account name. What he will do is credit your account which will allow you to purchase a new Router w/ Atheros key.

Also, make sure you are running the latest version on our BETA section, as v1.13.2 has problems with the Proxim cards.
