Hi Lonnie,

Just wanted to check, is this or will this chipset (Intersil Prism GT) be supported in Star-OS? Just checking, since its currently available and comes with an external antenna connector.

802.11g PCI Adapter - Zcom XG-900 Link (http://www.zcom.com.cn/english/products.asp?styleid=80) and 802.11g Mini-PCI module - Zcom XG-600 Link (http://www.zcom.com.cn/english/products.asp?styleid=12)

Lonnie, I would like to help out. If you require a unit (Zcom XG-900) for testing, maybe I can get one and ship it to your place.

Thanks...

I do not think we will be supporting any of the Intersil cards now that we have paid a whole bunch of money for an Atheros license.

The Intersil could be supported as the driver is available to us, but we do not see the chips being used by very many people, whereas the Atheros are everywhere.

DLINK makes an a/b/g PCI that is working out very well. I'll get more info to the list as we compile a list of the best cards.

Okay, thats fine with me.
Will be waiting for the list so I can try to source for the cards locally.

Thanks!

Hi!

Please also include in your list of supported cards, the mini PCI types and PCCard types?

Best Regards
