Station Router supports Multiple Gateways.
There is a product called a WGS100 from Airpath.com which if a user can enter a credit card to log on and browse the internet based on time.
If station router is the default Authenticator and Bandwidth Manager, how would I set Station Router to let the Static Customers on board all the time, but if the customer is not recocnized on the network, to use the Airpath WGS100 as the gateway for that customer.
Basically I think it can be done, but im not sure how to set it up and use Station Router for Bandwidth Management.
The airpath can be assigned a static IP, and then of course can use any static IP as a gateway, so I am assuming I would enter a Static IP on Station Router for the gateway for The Airpath to use.
Heres what I want it to do, and If you guys could tell me how to do it, then that would be awesome.
1) Static Customers get Assigned IP addresses DHCP by Mac address from Station Router Directly. IP address of 10.0.0.X
2) If customer is a random customer, station router will direct all requests to the Airpath Subsriber Gateway IP and ask for Credit Card Details from the Airpath. If customer enters ip Address then customer will get assigned an ip address of 10.0.1.X. The airpath will be connected directly to Station Router on another Network Card assigned the IP addresses of 10.0.1.X
I am doing this for bandwidth Management Reasons.
The thing is, how do I tell station Router if the customer isnt static to use the different Subnet for NON static Customers???
Can I define this in the DHCP or Radius?
