Updates since 1.06.7:

New: The entire boot up phase has been rewritten to be much more informative. To get the full benefit of the CPE SBC Edition, enable ANSI colour under Hyperterm, or your serial terminal of choice.

Updated: The boot loader has been updated, to help those few who have had problems booting in the past.

Updated: Enhancements to the wireless support, fully tested with the new ORiNOCO station firmware v8.72

Updated: New volatile firmware v1.5.6 has been included for both Prism 2 (ie XI-300) and Prism 2.5 users. It is recommended to enable this option under the main Wireless configuration dialog when operating as a Client.

Updated: Sundance ST201 "Alta" PCI Ethernet support has been updated.

Updated: SecureCRT users are now officially supported, and include mouse and colour support.

Fixed: Control-C now functions in the internal SSH Client when logged into a non-StarOS server.

Fixed: Under some rare occasions, if you format a Hard Driver for proxy use, but do not select a Swap partition, there could be a chance that the proxy might not start after a reboot.

-------------

NOTE to Intersil Prism 2.5 card users: To operate as an Access Point, or use the new volatile firmware update feature, your card must have primary firmware v1.0.7 or higher. To check and see what version your card uses, you can look in the Kernel message log. Prism 2, and other brands of cards do not have this requirement. To solve this problem, simply obtain a Windows firmware upgrade utility from the card manufacturer. (The firmware utility will upgrade both the primary and secondary firmware on your card)
