Hi, confused on how I update my boxes on the hilltops. I downloaded the update here at my house (not on wireless system, ISDN here.)
Anyways, I double click the saved icon on my desktop and it just opens and closes in a split second.
What do I do? Can I update my boxes remotely?

Yes, the box can be configured remotely but I first need to know what you are clicking on.

well I download the windows version 1.2 upgrade utility zip file, unzip to desktop, and click on starutil. Looks like it opens up to a command prompt for a split second, but closes again.

Ahh yes, it is a command-line utility.
Open a command prompt and execute it from there.
This utility is used for backing up, and restoring your configuration as well as performing a firmware upgrade on the Router and Server versions.
To remotely configure your system, you still use SSH.
