Hello,
It's possible to assign IP's via DHCP to my clients and deny traffic from all fixed IP stations?

That is tough to do, since the fixed IP could be chosen to be in your range of acceptable values.
You should see about our new release with radius client. The AP will ask a radius server if the radio MAC is authorized to connect and either let them go or tarpit them if they are not allowed. It manages the ACL for you.
