I'm going to start over. I got lost in the "TI" thread.

Are there any T1 cards that work with StarOS?

Not yet.

The programmers have indicated an interest in them, but I have yet to find one that is cost effective. Buying T1 routers on ebay is a fraction of the cost of a T1 card. The guys at Soekris told me me that they were working on one to come out last year that was going to be more realistic in price, but as far as I can tell it is on the back burner.

Any card with good linux support should be easy for them to integrate, but so far I have not found a card to ask them to support.

And not all T1 cards are equal, and most have a built-in CSU, which is the part most likely to fail. The cost of a failed CSU is too great to make the integrated cards worth it.

I would like to build my own T1 routers, but I need a cost-effective v.35 card first...
