traffic problems

the router is setup as a bridge on our network and it is used to control network traffic . but i have noticed that their is overhead in the router.about 60% of the bandwidth is not passed

qshape 102 bw 256K 128K xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx $net

this is hove i have it set up

ether 1 bridged no ip
ether 2 bridged no ip :(

Assuming your $net variable does indeed point to your gateway device, this will not work properly. You will need to change the $net variable to point to the device your customer is on for the qshape rule to function properly.
